Graduation, Commencement, and Diplomas

Commencement Ceremony
The 2026 commencement ceremony will be held at 4pm Thursday, June 18, on Littel Commencement Field (near the clocktower) on the main Centralia College campus. Participants will be emailed further details in late May regarding the ceremony, check in times, and parking.
REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMENCEMENT
To participate in Commencement Ceremonies (walk at graduation) and to guarantee that your name be included in both the Commencement Program and in The Chronicle, you MUST complete the online form no later than MAY 23. See Enrollment Services about registration after this date.
Apply for Your Degree/Certificate
In order for your degree to be awarded, you must apply for graduation. Once your application is received, Enrollment Services will review your transcript to confirm that you have met requirements for your degree, certificate, or diploma.If you need to update your degree application for any reason, please contact Enrollment Services at 360-623-8976 or admissionscc@centralia.edu. DO NOT SUBMIT A SECOND APPLICATION. There is no fee to apply for graduation or to participate in Commencement.
Degree/Certificate Application
CAP AND GOWN INFORMATION
You have several options for cap and gown:
- BUY a royal blue cap, gown, and tassel from Jostens. (See below for ordering instructions)
- BORROW a royal blue cap and gown from a friend or family member OR borrow a cap and gown at no cost from Enrollment Services (limited supplies are available). Please call Enrollment Services at 360-623-8976 to reserve your cap and gown. Reservations will begin for cap/gowns on April 15.
Ordering Cap and Gown from Jostens
Follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Go to Centralia College CENTRALIA, WA - Graduation Catalogs | Jostens
STEP 2: Choose Graduation Caps & Gowns and place/pay for your order.
- Your cap and gown will be mailed to Centralia College and available for pick up after June 1, 2026.
- Price: Cap, Gown, and Tassel - $30.80 plus tax and shipping/handling. Items can be ordered individually as well. The Centralia College Bookstore will also have commemorative tassels available for purchase.
- ORDER DEADLINE: May 1, 2026 is the FINAL deadline for ordering caps and gowns from Jostens. If you need to order a cap/gown after the May 1 deadline please call the Centralia College bookstore at 360-623-8964 for ordering information.
Ordered and borrowed caps, gowns, and honor cords will be available for pick up at the Centralia College Bookstore located on the first floor of the TransAlta Commons (TAC) building beginning on June 1.
Diplomas
Centralia College has partnered with Parchment Diploma Services to give you free, lifetime access to a high-resolution digital copy of your diploma, in addition to the printed copy. Watch for the text and email from Parchment to claim your digital diploma. Your printed diploma will arrive 15-20 business days after your digital copy.
Diplomas will be mailed to the address listed in your ctcLink account. Login to ctcLink and click the Profile tile on your Student Homepage to check your address for accuracy. If you wish to pick up your diploma, please contact Enrollment Services 360-623-8976.
Replacement Diplomas
Your initial diploma is free. Replacement diplomas are available online for an additional charge. (Diplomas are no longer printed onsite.)
