The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is a state-funded, comprehensive, "whole child" preschool program for 3- and 4-year-olds.

Summer Program - Continuing Connections 

This summer, ECEAP families have the opportunity to continue services with the Family Support Grant. 

These services are geared towards supporting parents and children for the next five weeks.  

Parents who opt in for Continuing Services will receive a date and time for grab ‘n’ go packets at the ECE parking lot at 910 W. Pear St. Centralia, WA.  

What is Continuing Connections? 

  • Families will be able to access their Family Support through Texting on REMIND.  
  • Referrals and Resources will be provided to families. 
  • You will receive 5 education packets. 
  • Youtube videos your child can enjoy over and over again!  
  • Weekly resources as Washington State opens up. 

How do I contact Family Support Staff? 

  • Family Support will send you an invite to REMIND and you will then be able to text or call them. Staff should be able to return your text or call within one working day. 
  • You can also call our main office at 360-623-8950 and leave a message for your Family Support Coordinator.  

Printed materials will be sent to parents during the summer.

Enroll Now in ECEAP Preschool!

Centralia College ECEAP serves children and families in centers across Lewis County. These centers provide free preschool for families who qualify through ECEAP.

Centralia College ECEAP programs provide comprehensive, individualized preschool education, health education, and family support to promote family engagement and school readiness.

ECEAP works in partnership with parents, the community, and state and federal agencies.

Age

Centralia College's ECEAP preschool program serves children who have turned 3 years old by Aug. 31. Priority is given to 4 year olds.

Income

ECEAP is open to families at or below 110 percent of the federal poverty level.

Note: ECEAP can accept families above the poverty guidelines with special circumstances. Call the ECEAP office at 360-623-8950 for more information.
