Graduation is the process of reviewing courses and credits a student has completed toward a program.

When a student has successfully completed their course of study, by meeting the requirements, Enrollment Services will award the degree on the student’s transcript. To begin this process a student must apply for graduation and pay the application fee.

Apply for Graduation

In order to graduate and receive a diploma, you must complete the following steps.

  1. Apply for graduation by completing the Application for Degree/Certificate (pdf) and submit it to Enrollment Services.
  2. Pay the $15 application fee to the Cashier’s Office in person on the second floor of the TransAlta Commons or 360-623-8931.

After Enrollment Services receives the application, a Degree Audit will determine your graduation progress. Centralia College will mail diplomas or certificates approximately 60 days after the end of the quarter.
